Microsoft 365 Solution
Defender for Cloud Apps
Overview
As organizations adopt more cloud services, it becomes increasingly difficult to understand where business data is being stored, shared, and accessed. Defender for Cloud Apps helps uncover shadow IT, monitor user activity, protect sensitive information, and detect risky behavior across Microsoft 365 and supported third-party cloud applications.
Our approach starts with understanding how cloud applications are being used throughout your organization. We identify unmanaged applications, review existing integrations, and determine where additional visibility or controls are needed. From there, we configure policies that help detect unusual behavior, reduce risky sharing, and improve governance without getting in the way of day-to-day work.
By the end of the engagement, you’ll have greater visibility into your cloud environment, stronger controls around sensitive information, and better insight into how users interact with cloud applications.

At Nubrix Security, we take a structured and collaborative approach to every engagement. Whether we’re improving identity, securing endpoints, protecting data, or optimizing licensing, our goal is to deliver clarity, reduce complexity, and help you take measurable steps forward.
